As a member of the following three initiatives, we are actively committed to sustainability and take responsibility for it. Ambitious goals and concrete measures form our guidelines for the coming years.

Alliance for Sustainable Textiles

As team athletes, we are aware that sustainable action cannot work on its own, so we joined the Alliance for Sustainable Textiles back in 2016. The multi-stakeholder initiative has around 130 members, including companies and associations, non-governmental organizations, standard organizations, trade unions and the German government. The Textile Alliance aims to improve social and environmental conditions in the textile and apparel industry - from raw material production to the finished product and disposal. Through the annual members' meeting, training courses or Alliance initiatives, members can exchange and network as well as expand their knowledge in many areas. With the review process, a reporting format for due diligence has been developed. Based on a risk analysis, we address social issues in our largest sourcing countries, such as discrimination, wages and benefits, working hours, or child and forced labor. We also look at environmental risks, such as chemical use and wastewater, environmental protection, resource use or climate protection. amfori BSCI

Since 2016, we have been a member of amfori BSCI - a leading initiative to improve working conditions in global supply chains. By signing the BSCI Code of Conduct, we commit to working with our suppliers to improve social and labor conditions in factories. This is ensured by external auditing companies. As a member, we expect all our business partners to comply with the amfori BSCI Code of Conduct. This is ensured through regular audits by independent auditors. In addition, all business partners who are monitored for compliance with the established principles must demonstrate that they are taking all necessary measures to ensure their own compliance with the code.

In 2021 we signed the WIN Charter. In doing so, we are committing ourselves to our economic, ecological and social responsibility as well as to our home region. With the WIN Charter, the Baden-Württemberg Economic Initiative for Sustainability (WIN) addresses companies that have set themselves the goal of sustainable management. By signing the charter, companies commit themselves to adhering to the twelve guiding principles and to further increasing their own sustainability. You can find our target concept here.
